Bridesmaid Dress Shopping

Lifestyle

A very important part of wedding planning is sitting on Pinterest and browsing lots of beautiful photos while refusing to make any constructive decisions. I really loved these Bridesmaid dresses.

They made me think of sunshine and brightness and happiness everywhere.

We planned the whole theme around orange and yellow, and were looking at matching the flowers, centrepieces and ceremony decorations. But because I left all wedding dress shopping until two months before the wedding, the capacity to be choosey quickly disappeared. So colour themes went out the window and emergency shopping involved a full day of running around Chermside in panic as we attempted to find ANY dress that looked nice.

Here is Clare modelling Dress #1 that I liked from Forever New.

And here are their faces when they think I’m not looking.

I wouldn’t say either Clare or Lisa have resting bitch face, but apparently my choice in dresses caused them to gain the condition.

I couldn’t have angry looking Bridesmaids.

Fortunately, Cooper St saved the day and had a dress that was exactly what we were looking for.

Look at those smiles!

So the bridesmaids wore beautiful dresses and lived happily ever after…
